Clair Pease starting the construction business at a very young age with a painting business that focused on new construction and commercial developments.
In 1975 Pease became the assistant superintendent for the building of the Guest Quarters Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In 1977 Pease became the superintendent of L.C. Tyson Construction where her responsibilities grew to average over $650,000 per job.
In 1980 Pease establish a construction business building single family homes in master planned communities.
Pease built the first all women Habitat for Humanity in Charlotte, North Carolina and was subsequently invited to Washington D.C. by President Jimmy Carter to build 20 houses in five days.
In 1997 the growing Gulf Coast brought Pease to Panama City Beach, Florida where she founded Pease and Associates, Inc. |
